Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to Living My Life Like Its Golden Travel Movement DBA Golden Life Travel are non-refundable. However, payments may be transferred to another individual at the client’s discretion. To initiate a transfer, the name of the new participant must be provided at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Timeliness
Participants are required to arrive on time for all scheduled events. A coach bus will not wait more than 5 minutes for late arrivals. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they arrive at the designated meeting point promptly.
Waiver of Liability
Living My Life Like Its Golden Travel Movement DBA Golden Life Travel shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in any of our events. By booking, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and release Golden Life Travel Vineyard Ventures from any liability.
Vomit Fee
In the event of any vomit-related incidents during events, a fee of $100 will be charged to the individual responsible for the incident. This fee is intended to cover cleaning and sanitation costs.
Modifications and Cancellations
Living My Life Like Its Golden Travel Movement DBA Golden Life Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be made.Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner during all events. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the event without a refund.
