Airfare and Departure:
The group will depart from Dallas Fort International Airport: Group Airfare will be quoted from DFW to ensure the group arrives and departs together.
If you choose to travel from another gateway, we will advise you what flights you are required to book to arrive close to the groups arrival. If you choose to fly on a different airline and do not arrive within 30 minutes of the group’s arrival, they will be responsible for arranging and covering their own roundtrip ground transportation to and from the airport.”

Terms and Conditions
- By submitting a reservation or making any payment toward your travel package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the full Terms & Conditions of [Living My Life Like Its Golden Travel Movement DBA Golden Life Travel].
- Payments: All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The cardholder authorizes [Living My Life Like Its Golden Travel Movement DBA Golden Life Travel] to charge the provided payment method for the agreed travel services.
- Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Travel pricing is subject to change until the deposit is paid and confirmation is issued.
- Payment Plans: Monthly payment plans may be available for select travel packages. Payment plans are not available for reservations made within sixty (90) days of travel. Monthly payments are required to maintain an active reservation.
- Final Payment: All reservations must be paid in full 90 days prior to traveling. Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without notice and forfeiture of payments made.
- Reservation Changes: Changes to existing reservations may incur a $50 administrative fee per traveler, in addition to any supplier-imposed fees. Airline reservations may require cancellation and rebooking for name changes.
- No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable due to contractual agreements with travel suppliers. If a trip is cancelled by Golden Life Travel, a refund may be provided or a travel credit may be issued upon mutual agreement with the traveler and must be used within 12 months.
- Roommate Policy: Travelers sharing accommodations are jointly responsible for the total reservation cost. If a roommate cancels, remaining travelers may be responsible for any resulting single occupancy fees.
- Supplier Responsibility: Golden Life Travel acts only as an agent for third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, and is not responsible for their actions, delays, or service failures.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for travel disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, natural disasters, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
- Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies, and may be required for certain destinations.
- Agreement: By completing your booking and submitting payment, you agree to these terms and the full Terms & Conditions available on our website.

Are flights included?
International airfare is not included in the package. This allows you the flexibility to book flights from your preferred departure city or use airline miles.
Can I make monthly payments?
Yes, we offer flexible equal monthly installment payments leading up to the final payment date, making it easier to plan your dream vacation.
Is the deposit refundable?
The USD $200 deposit per person is non-refundable, as it secures your exclusive spot and premium accommodations in our limited-availability group.
When is final payment due?
Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival in Singapore. You will receive a secure payment link and reminder beforehand.
Do I need travel insurance?
While not strictly mandatory, we highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment and provide peace of mind during your journey.
Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements depend on your passport nationality. We recommend checking with your local embassy or consulate well in advance of your travel dates.
Can I travel solo?
Absolutely. Solo travelers are warmly welcomed into our group experience. Please note that single supplement rates may apply for individual accommodations.
